Preorder Items

Preorder purchases are final sale.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item is not ready to ship immediately and agree to the estimated production and fulfillment timeline provided on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KODEXREDD is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed.
