Preorder Policy

Some products are offered as preorders. This allows us to produce limited quantities while maintaining quality and minimizing waste.

What is a preorder?

A preorder reserves your item before production is completed. Payment is collected at checkout to secure your order.

Processing & Shipping

Preorder items are not ready to ship immediately.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production and fulfillment. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, quality control, or carrier delays.

Order Updates

Customers will receive email updates regarding production progress and shipment status. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because production begins based on preorder demand, all preorder purchases are considered final sale.

Refunds or cancellations will only be issued if KODEXREDD is unable to fulfill the order.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once the preorder item is ready unless otherwise stated.
